    An issue has been identified which has disabled products on the storefront. This affects all brands on Pentland Connect.

    For customers which have accounts with Canterbury, we have found that Canterbury products are not being displayed on the storefront. These can therefore not be displayed or added to baskets for checkout.

    The team are actively investigating the cause of this issue. We will provide further updates via our Pentland Connect status page.

Products not showing - All Brands

Good Morning,

We have identified a bug with Pentland Connect which is affecting all products and is not showing them in the Storefront.

Customers can still search for product by using the 'Search' Tab, however, we are working hard to get all products in all categories showing as normal.

We will keep you updated on any developments and apologise for the inconvenience.

    We're currently investigating an issue where Canterbury product detail pages are not displaying the "Order form" and "Add to Basket". This is stopping products from being added to the basket.

    All other Brands product detail pages are working as expected. This seems to be isolated to Canterbury.

    We have now unlocked all affected users access to Pentland Connect.

    Please note that after 5 incorrect password attempts, the system will lock you out and will require one of the Pentland team to unlock your account.

    We have had no further reports of logging in or time out issues.

    Pentland Connect is currently experiencing an issue whereby a subset of customers are unable to log in successfully. We have also been notified of timeouts taking place on the site.

Order History Error - Multi Brand only

The recent deployment on Wednesday has fixed the Order History error which multi Brand customers were experiencing.

    The root cause has been identified and is targeted for Production deployment on Wednesday, 18th July.

    The issue is isolated to the Order History section of the site and only for customers who have multiple brands assigned to their account.

    We will be updating this issue once the deployment is complete.

    We have identified an error when Order History is selected under the My Account section.

    The issue only applies to customers who have been assigned to more than one brand. For customers only assigned to Mitre, they should not experience this issue.

    Pentland Connect is currently experiencing an issue whereby the category structure for Canterbury is not displaying correctly.

    We are aware of the issue and actively applying fixes to resolve the issue. We will provide another update once the issue is resolved.
